Director - Multifamily Real Estate Mortgage Origination

Overview:

Fulcrum Lending Corporation seeks a Director-level real estate advisor, licensed as a real estate salesperson or broker, to join our growing. This individual will be responsible for new business development, client relations, and eventually building and managing their own sales team. Initially, the Director will benefit from direct mentorship from our team of principals who have over $3.0 billion of combined real estate valuation and management experience.

What we’re looking for:

· We are currently seeking real estate associate brokers or salespersons with a specialty in either commercial or multifamily mortgage origination and underwriting across the United States.

· We are looking to expand our real estate team, bringing highly motivated and ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial bug to join us. Our poeple work with our qualified and vetted clients to originate and underwrite commercial and multifamily loans throughout the country.

· We are seeking highly motivated, talented individuals with real-world experience and business acumen, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a demanding and changing work environment.

· Seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals with a high regard for work ethic.

What the job entails:

· Manage the client’s expectations throughout the entire process

· Learn our unique customer experience process and help us continue to improve it

· Facilitate and manage the life cycle of a real estate portfolio, with a focus on decreasing under contract to close time, and increasing closing percentages across multiple clients

· Support clients through negotiation and purchase agreement signing

· Participate in client meetings and new business presentations, as required.

· Participate in property tours, as required

· Contact and meet regularly with other real estate professionals including developers, appraisers, landlords and brokers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Must have the entrepreneurial bug and drive to take ownership of a new client experience

· Eager to rapidly build upon whatever industry knowledge you already possess

· Passionate about building lasting relationships and offering exceptional service to your clients at each stage of sale process

· Licensed real estate salesperson

· Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate and excellent academic credentials preferred.

· Has a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process, documents and disclosures but not bound by traditional approaches where not legally mandated

· Tech savvy, innovative, and inspired by the potential of changing this industry

· Embraces new technologies and services

· Confident, open and communicates proactively about successes, issues and failures

· Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, tech environment

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.

· Multi-task work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload

· Understanding of real estate fundamentals

· Work experience not directly in real estate mortgage but within finance, sales, lead generation, digital marketing and/or advertising and law, architecture and engineering are encouraged to apply.
